This same processor can be found in more expensive laptops, but what it does make it a good deal is expandability: You can add more RAM, by replacing the 4GB included stick (+4GB soldered), slap a 16GB stick for a 20GB upgrade. Sweet. NVMe SSD is easily replaceable, additionally it has a 2.5" SATA bay where you can just add a SATA SSD for additional storage. Not as fast as NVMe but perfect to offload "My Documents/Downloads/Desktop/Images ancilliary folders", keeping the 256GB system drive for the OS and programs.
